Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across business units
Map and analyze end-to-end processes, identifying improvement opportunities
Implement standardized workflows and best practices
Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with stakeholders
Track performance metrics and report on progress to leadership
Support change management activities
Develop documentation and training materials
Help embed a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in Operational Excellence and Business Process Improvement, including experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
Proficient Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, define performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations
Solid Operations Management experience, ideally within financial services or a similarly regulated, complex environment
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and on-time delivery of initiatives
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority and work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; a relevant master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage
Comfort with digital tools and collaboration platforms, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
Preferred
Experience in a financial market infrastructure, exchange, or capital markets organization is a plus
