Responsibilities

Designing and developing 3D simulations and environments using Panda3D
Building and maintaining Python and C++ codebases
Optimizing performance across a variety of hardware environments
Solving complex technical challenges involving rendering, simulation, and gameplay systems
Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
Documenting engineering decisions and implementation approaches
Collaborating with distributed teams on challenging development projects

Required

Proven hands-on experience with Panda3D (experience with other engines alone is not sufficient)
Strong Python and C++ development experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

Experience with AI simulations
Experience with training environments
Experience with performance optimization
Experience with distributed development teams
Experience with large-scale 3D projects
