Responsibilities
Designing, building, and deploying production-grade machine learning and AI systems
Developing and optimizing LLM-powered applications that support clinical decision-making
Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of models, from development through deployment and monitoring
Working with large-scale healthcare datasets to generate actionable insights and AI-driven outcomes
Building solutions using Python, SQL, Azure, and modern AI tooling including Microsoft AI Foundry
Contributing to real-time and streaming data applications that support clinical intelligence platforms
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI capabilities into production products
Qualification
Required
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
Hands-on experience developing and implementing LLM-based systems and modern AI applications
Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry or similar enterprise AI platforms
Strong Python and SQL development skills
Experience working with Azure cloud services and cloud-native AI infrastructure
Exposure to real-time or streaming data environments is highly desirable
Experience owning the full model lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Must be based in the United States
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no visa sponsorship available)
Preferred
Startup or high-growth technology company experience is advantageous
Healthcare experience is beneficial but not required
