Responsibilities
Personalization and recommendation systems powering digital journeys
Dynamic pricing and offer optimization models
Churn and propensity modeling for subscription products
Consumer journey optimization using experimentation frameworks
Applied deep learning and optimization techniques
Reinforcement learning and decision systems (nice to have)
Using GenAI tools to accelerate model development and experimentation
Qualification
Required
6-8+ years in Applied AI or Machine Learning building production systems
Strong experience in B2C, consumer tech, or digital subscription products
Proven work in at least one of: Personalization and recommendations
Proven work in at least one of: Pricing optimization and offers
Proven work in at least one of: Churn and propensity modeling
Strong Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
Comfort working end to end from data to deployment to impact
Preferred
Bonus experience in reinforcement learning, optimization, or agentic systems
Reinforcement learning and decision systems (nice to have)
