Responsibilities
Wargaming Training Course Design and Development
Design training syllabus for professional wargaming
Develop training content and materials for professional wargaming education
Research, learn, and play-test manual/tabletop and computer-assisted wargame systems
Modeling & Simulation Scenario Development and Testing
Research and develop unit/equipment database
Design and develop tactical and operational scenarios: orders of battle, unit laydowns, unit taskings
Play-test scenarios
Support development of Technical and Operator Manuals for M&S scenario creation
Support development of test cases for formal acceptance testing
Participate in formal system acceptance testing
Support Training Delivery
Provide training and demonstrations
Teach manual/tabletop and computer-assisted wargame systems
Support Instructors in the setup and execution of training delivery to the customer
Qualification
Required
At least a Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Modeling and Simulations, History, Political Science, or related fields
8+ years experience in professional wargaming, military training design and development, military service, and/or military modeling and simulations
Wargame design, development, employment
Manual/table-top wargaming
Computer-assisted wargaming
Professional instructional design and course development
Syllabus development
Instructor and Student Guides
Instructor training and guidance
Modeling and Simulation for military end-users
Multi-domain, aggregate combat models
Research on military scenarios, orders of battle, system and equipment capabilities
Technical writing
Briefing development and presentation
