Responsibilities

Managing 1LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products

Required

Project/Program Management experience in a Business Area
Earned Value Management experience (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, metrics/reporting & project execution)
Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
Strong planning, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to listen and influence
Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization, and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
Experience leading in an ambiguous environment, requiring ability to pivot and dynamically drive results
Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
US Citizenship required due to system access

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment
Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
Experience in 1LMX
