Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution: Oversee the project for 1 specific deliverables, ensuring successful completion within the allocated 3 hours. This includes managing timelines, resource alignment, and quality assurance
Tracking: Ensure the delivery meets their strict targets
Team Alignment: Work closely with the facilitator and other internal stakeholders to align on project goals and immediate execution
Clear Communication: Communicate next steps and individual responsibilities clearly to the project team
Quality Control: Review final materials before delivery to ensure they meet exact project requirements, incorporate requested revisions, and follow the correct formats

Qualification

Google DriveGoogle DocsGoogle SlidesAtlassian ConfluenceJiraJapanese language fluency

Required

2–3 years of experience working as a producer on corporate projects
Experience in Production, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Business Administration
Fluent in Japanese
Detailed with a sharp focus on accuracy, quality, and formatting
Comfortable in a creative environment; able to dive into a project quickly and reliably meet exact deadlines
A creative team player who brings a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the group
Experience with Google Enterprise tools (Drive, Docs, Slides), Atlassian Confluence, and Jira is a plus
