Deliver training on Cerner Charge Services and Revenue Cycle workflows
Train users on charge capture, charge maintenance, pricing, billing, and reconciliation processes
Create training documentation and learning materials
Support implementation, optimization, and go-live initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Cerner Charge Services experience
Strong understanding of charge capture, pricing, tier logic, charge processing, and revenue cycle workflows
Experience with Olympus, Charge Viewer, Miscellaneous Setup, and charge configuration activities
Excellent communication and training skills
Preferred
Previous trainer or end-user education experience preferred
