Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
Configure and maintain MID Servers for infrastructure discovery and integrations
Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions
Implement best practices for CMDB governance, data quality, and CSDM alignment
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories
Participate in Agile ceremonies and project planning activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Event Management
Experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud technologies
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow integrations
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
CIS – ITOM Certification
