Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope
Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients
Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks
Create and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Help coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution
Work closely with design teams to review user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; ensure that project deliverables meet user-centric design standards and accessibility guidelines
Build and maintain project sites, document libraries, and automated workflows using SharePoint Online and Power Automate to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and motivated
Experience in project coordination
Ability to assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
Strong communication skills to serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Experience in schedule management, including maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones
Ability to proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks
Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and RAID logs
Ability to coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
Experience working with design teams to review user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Knowledge of user-centric design standards and accessibility guidelines
Experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate
