Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies supporting system implementation and organizational change initiatives
Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align communication efforts with project goals
Create clear, concise, and audience-specific communications regarding project milestones, system changes, and implementation activities
Develop stakeholder engagement plans and outreach strategies to increase awareness and adoption
Translate technical project information into business-friendly content for diverse audiences
Create communication materials including:
Communication plans
Key messaging documents
Website content
FAQs
Email campaigns
Fact sheets
Presentations
Talking points
Stakeholder engagement materials
Support change management activities and user readiness initiatives
Participate in project meetings and provide strategic communication recommendations
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend process improvements
Ensure all communication deliverables meet branding, accessibility, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in communications, project management, change management, stakeholder engagement, or related roles
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations, digital transformation projects, or technology modernization initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing communication strategies for diverse stakeholder groups
Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences
Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and outreach activities
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Preferred
Experience supporting government, public sector, regulatory, or enterprise organizations
Experience with change management frameworks and user adoption strategies
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive communication practices
Experience managing website content and digital communication channels
Familiarity with stakeholder engagement, public outreach, and customer communication programs
