Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning and execution for complex organizations, ideally within real estate, property management, or a related industry
Proven ability to manage enterprise-wide programs and projects, including setting priorities, timelines, and performance metrics while coordinating multiple workstreams
Strong analytical and financial acumen, including comfort with business cases, budgets, KPIs, and data-driven performance reviews
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment
Track record of driving organizational change, improving processes, and implementing governance frameworks that support scalable execution
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on inclusion, transparency, and shared accountability
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred
Comfort working in a fully remote setting, using digital tools to manage projects, communicate, and maintain stakeholder engagement
Preferred
Familiarity with the multifamily housing, real estate investment, or property operations landscape is a plus
