Responsibilities
Lead the execution of AI programs from planning through implementation and ongoing support, ensuring alignment with business priorities
Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, translate operational challenges into scalable AI solutions, and measure success through defined metrics
Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management while maintaining a high standard of delivery quality
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to support AI pilots, production rollouts, and adoption across the organization
Ensure responsible AI practices by addressing considerations such as data quality, bias, security, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience within manufacturing or supply chain environments, including exposure to operational processes and systems
Background working in private equity backed organizations within the $500 million to $3 billion revenue range, including involvement in mergers and acquisitions
Proven ability to manage AI initiatives in enterprise production settings, with hands on experience delivering solutions beyond conceptual stages
Familiarity with modern AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, along with strong project and IT management experience totaling 8 to 10 years
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Certifications such as PMP or Agile
