Area Service Manager, Midwest Region

Responsibilities
Develops plans, programs, budgets, and operating procedures for assigned service area
Provides customers with prompt and effective installation, maintenance and service support
Manages efficient scheduling and the allocation of human and capital resources
Selects, hires, develops, and evaluates field service representatives within the area
Administers capital revenue and expense budgets incurred by subordinates
Establishes work standards and measurements
Monitors the technical reporting system
Performs other duties as position requires
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, a related technical discipline or business
Eight years of customer service experience, to include five years in a managerial capacity
