Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy highly scalable microservices, data pipelines, and APIs using Java, Python, and GCP

Modernize and optimize core cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and seamless data flow

Maximize development velocity and code quality by effectively leveraging GitHub Copilot within daily engineering workflows

Proactively identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities to ensure application safety and data protection

Conduct thorough code reviews, championing high test coverage, clean code practices, and detailed technical documentation

Required

5–8+ years of professional backend engineering experience working with both Java and Python

Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and core backend systems

Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/ML backend integration patterns

Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to drive efficiency and clean code standards

A strong mindset for Application Security (AppSec), with experience identifying and fixing codebase/dependency security vulnerabilities

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional product, data, and infrastructure teams

Strong written and verbal English proficiency
