Course Developer & Adjunct Professor: Strategic Leadership & Ethics in Engineering
Kaplan has partnered with Wake Forest University to develop a new kind of leader through their online degree programs. They are seeking a qualified candidate to develop and teach the Strategic Leadership & Ethics in Engineering course, focusing on preparing engineering managers to lead technical teams while addressing ethical decision-making and organizational strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop and teach the Strategic Leadership & Ethics in Engineering course in the online Master of Engineering Management program
Examine contemporary leadership models alongside frameworks for ethical decision-making, stakeholder analysis, and professional codes of conduct
Utilize real-world cases to practice resolving dilemmas, designing governance policies, and communicating values-based decisions
Cultivate an inclusive, innovation-oriented culture that balances performance, accountability, and societal impact
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in program field or related degree
3+ years of experience in university-level teaching
5+ years industry experience
A cover letter that addresses the candidate's interest in the position, as well as a summary of relevant academic, professional and teaching experiences
Current curriculum vitae/resume
Sample of recent course evaluation results, preferably for graduate-level, online courses (at least 2)
Preferred
Terminal degree preferred
Demonstrated ability to deliver graduate-level, online course experiences that are valued by industry
Highly skilled in and/or highly attuned to adult learning best practices
Demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence
