4+ years expeTeam is looking for candidates to build a new generation of web-based SaaS tools. The role involves working with Life Sciences clients to develop solutions and requires a blend of coding knowledge and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities
Build a new generation of web-based SaaS tools
Work directly with Life Sciences clients to structure problems and build new tools
Develop, pilot, and deploy new products that meet the needs of our customers and the life sciences industry
Report to the Software Lead for delivering those products
Qualification
Required
Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development
Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C / C++)
Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and GraphRAG
Knowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn)
Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies
Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems
Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention for structure and details
Interest in life sciences / healthcare
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
