Responsibilities
Design and solve real-world administrative and operational scenarios to test AI reasoning
Write clear, structured explanations covering budget planning, procurement, facilities management, and compliance tracking
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to government procedures
Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of public administration principles, documentation standards, and interdepartmental coordination
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience as an Administrative Services Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator, preferably in a government or public administration environment
Strong understanding of budgeting, procurement, and administrative reporting
Comfortable using web-based tools for data review and annotation
Excellent English communication and analytical reasoning skills
Preferred
Background in Public Administration, Business Management, or Operations
