Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and support Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center solutions
Implement Bring Your Own Voice Agent (BYOVA) integrations with Cisco cloud telephony
Configure call routing, IVR, and voice automation workflows
Collaborate with EPIC integration teams to support healthcare communication workflows
Troubleshoot telephony and integration issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies
Experience with Cisco Webex Calling and/or Webex Contact Center
Experience implementing cloud telephony solutions
Experience integrating AI Voice Agents (BYOVA) with Cisco platforms
Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, and APIs
Experience working with US healthcare providers
Preferred
Experience with Cisco and EPIC integrations
Familiarity with FHIR and HL7
