Responsibilities
Own Amazon traffic and media strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP and AMC. Partners with Head of Advertising on emerging channels
Manage Amazon media budget, with testing-based proposals to expand funding
Lead continuous experimentation (DSP, streaming, display, creator-led traffic, AMC, emerging traffic sources) alone and in partnership with other stakeholders
Develop traffic plans tied to launches, promotions, and long-range business planning
Build business cases, incrementality frameworks, and performance narratives
Evaluate and apply AI, AEO, and automation tools to accelerate insight generation, improve targeting decisions, and increase traffic efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience, with 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, Amazon advertising, or e-commerce growth role
Direct experience overseeing Amazon Advertising, Amazon DSP and managing AMC
Strong fluency in data analysis, KPIs, attribution, and business case development
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar media budgets
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Agencies
Experience using Amazon Marketing Cloud for audience development, analytics and performance measurement
