Supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters
Managing multiple deadlines
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience, preferably in a fast-paced defense firm environment
Familiarity with Oregon and Washington state and federal rules of civil procedure, including e-filing in both jurisdictions
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent analytical, written communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Experience supporting plaintiff-side cases in King County, WA
Experience with Milana docketing software
