Responsibilities
Manage your own docket of Probate cases consisting of Wills, Heirships, and Small Estate Affidavits
Attend in person hearings across Texas
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Probate (Wills, Trusts, & Estate Law)
Must be a good standing member of the Texas bar
Must be able to attend in person hearing throughout Texas
Must have superior research and writing skills
Must have excellent case management skills and organizational skills
Must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Must have solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately
Must be able to thrive under pressure and be self-motivated
