6+ years expHy Cite is seeking an IT Project Manager (Agile Delivery) to lead the successful execution of technology initiatives across Agile teams. This role combines Agile facilitation, delivery management, and project coordination to ensure teams remain aligned, informed, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution for one or more Agile teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure work is clearly defined, prioritized, and ready for execution
Monitor sprint progress and help teams maintain focus on agreed-upon commitments and objectives
Maintain visibility into project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery status
Identify, communicate, and help resolve risks, issues, and blockers that may impact delivery
Track action items and coordinate follow-through across teams and stakeholders
Support release planning and delivery readiness activities
Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to align priorities and expectations
Facilitate communication across multiple workstreams to ensure dependencies are understood and managed
Provide timely and accurate updates regarding project health, progress, and delivery risks
Promote Agile best practices and delivery excellence
Leverage tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve transparency, efficiency, and team effectiveness
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and team collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
6+ years of experience in Agile project management, delivery management, Scrum leadership, or a related role
Active Scrum certification such as: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
Experience facilitating Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments
Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps or comparable Agile delivery tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
Experience working within scaled Agile environments
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, vendors, and business functions

Work arrangement: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CT.
