Qualification
Required
Strongly aligned with Young Americans for Liberty's mission and principles
Demonstrated track record of ownership (building, leading, or executing)
Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Clear communicator who can think and act independently
Preferred
Prior experience with YAL or similar mission-driven organizations is highly valued, though not required
