Responsibilities
Help shape the strategic direction of the company
Lead investor engagement and fundraising activities
Open doors to private investors, family offices, HNWIs, venture capital, and strategic healthcare investors
Position the Product as the preferred first line platform in male infertility innovation
Qualification
Required
Proven fundraising track record in startup, development or growth-stage healthcare companies
Strong network among investors and strategic partners in the USA and Far East Asia
Development-stage experience essential
Entrepreneurial, energetic, strategic, and charismatic personality with strong senior external presence
Preferred
Prior CEO, Chairman, Founder, Board, or senior commercial leadership experience preferred
Experience in fertility, reproductive medicine, OB/GYN, MedTech, diagnostics, life sciences, or related healthcare sectors or life science banking would be an advantage
Experience leading a company through substantial growth, financing rounds, acquisition, or exit highly desirable
