Responsibilities
Collaborate with our creative, fabrication and production teams to design immersive environments and branded experiences
Develop 3D room shells, scenic elements, and experiential activations that blend motion graphics, 3D, and other creative media
Contribute ideas and visuals throughout the process—from brainstorming and concept sketches to polished design deliverables
Help shape and maintain a cohesive creative style across projects, always aligned with client vision and brand guidelines
Present concepts and visuals internally and externally with clarity and enthusiasm
Support proposal development with layouts, visuals, and design storytelling
Join brainstorming sessions and creative workshops that spark fresh thinking
Ensure designs are practical and achievable, while pushing creative boundaries
Qualification
Required
A strong design portfolio that shows range, creativity, and storytelling
Fluency in these design tools: Cinema 4D + Redshift Renderer, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, (bonus: Unreal Engine)
Ability to envision and communicate big-picture design solutions
A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills—you listen well, interpret vision, and inspire confidence
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where some weeks are high-intensity and others allow for more creative exploration
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects
Experience blending scenic design with technical disciplines like audio, lighting, and media
Leadership qualities that inspire cross-functional teams of creatives, producers, and technical directors
Ability to write clear, descriptive copy that articulates design concepts and thought processes, ensuring client understanding and alignment
Preferred
Proficient in the following software required: Cinema 4D, Redshift, Unreal Engine, Vector Works, Adobe Creative Suite
Bonus software Skills: Octane Render, EmberGen, Rhinoceros, Sketchup, AutoCad
