Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of technical reports, data tables, specifications, and other deliverables
Prepare air emissions estimates for various equipment and facility types
Prepare air permit applications
Prepare routine and non-routine air permit compliance reports
Review and interpret air compliance data
Review and interpret air regulations
Perform air dispersion modeling; prepare related reports and documentation
Advise clients on complex air permitting pathways and air emissions controls
Systematically manage air permit compliance tracking monthly for multiple large clients with multiple facilities
Prepare proposals and budgets for clients with multiple facilities for various air permitting and compliance projects
Coordinate with project team members and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Earth/Atmospheric Science or a related discipline
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in air permitting and regulatory compliance
Valid Driver's License
Strong organizational and time management skills combined with flexibility to work with shifting priorities
Demonstrate strong quantitative and observational skills
Solid attention to detail and technical understanding is required
Client-service orientation with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver to meet expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work well as a team member, with a collaborative communication style
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or Earth/Atmospheric Science or a related discipline
Professional Engineer (PE) license
