Senior Implementation Consultant
Intuit is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant who will serve as a subject matter expert for high-value customer relationships, managing complex implementations. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale customers, focusing on consolidated reporting, intercompany complexities, and high-volume entity management
Identify technical platform gaps for enterprise-level customers and work directly with Engineering teams to develop and implement resolutions
Orchestrate all attached product onboardings and lead comprehensive employee education sessions to ensure high adoption and value realization
Partner closely with Senior Leaders in Service Delivery and Strategy to identify areas of customer friction to supply documented recommendations on product improvements and service workflows
Provide high-touch, 'white-glove' assistance directly within customer business offices when necessary to drive successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
8+ years in high-touch software implementation, management consulting, or professional services
8+ years experience and deep subject matter expertise in accounting principles, specifically regarding multi-entity structures and complex financial reporting
Proven ability to translate customer friction into actionable product and process improvements
A track record of driving multi-party workstreams where external consultants and internal stakeholders must stay perfectly aligned
Ability to travel 10%–25% of the time to engage directly with clients on-site
Exceptional presence and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive partner dynamics and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders
