Responsibilities
Exhibit a strong AI-first approach to software development, prioritizing use of AI agents for code generation, automation, and decision-making
Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and priorities
Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Lead system design reviews to ensure quality, feasibility, and alignment with architectural standards
Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation and intelligence
Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements
Apply data-driven methods to define success metrics and optimize development processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area
6 years' experience in software engineering or related area
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years' experience in software engineering
