The role involves managing the fundraising process from strategy to close, building investor relationships, and refining the pitch for potential investors.

Responsibilities

Building and managing the investor pipeline and CRM
Identifying and approaching qualified investors and funding partners
Securing introductions and managing outreach
Refining our pitch deck, positioning, and fundraising narrative
Preparing the team for investor meetings
Leading follow-up communications and diligence
Coordinating term discussions with our legal counsel
Maintaining momentum across the full fundraising process
Exploring aligned grants, corporate venture funding, workforce development funding, and other non-dilutive opportunities

Required

At least $5 million raised as the lead fundraiser
A documented record of closing investment or funding rounds
Existing relationships with family offices, impact funds, foundations, or aligned investors
Experience in one or more of the following areas: EdTech, Future of Work, Workforce Development, Impact Investing, Education Innovation, AI-enabled learning
Strong investor communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Experience managing a structured investor pipeline
Ability to guide a founding team through the full fundraising process
