Senior Scrum Master
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a technology consulting Services company based in Florida. We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile transformation initiatives and coach Agile teams within a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on maximizing value delivery while driving Agile maturity and organizational adoption of SAFe principles.

Responsibilities
Coach Agile teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and continuously improving
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning
Guide teams in Agile best practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Flow, BDD, Built-in Quality, and Lean principles
Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and maximizing business value
Remove team impediments and facilitate conflict resolution through servant leadership
Drive Agile maturity across teams while promoting continuous learning and innovation
Establish and manage Kanban boards to improve transparency, workflow visualization, and delivery
Measure and optimize Agile metrics including flow, velocity, competency, OKRs, and delivery outcomes
Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and Innovation & Planning (IP) Iterations
Foster collaboration across Agile teams, stakeholders, Product Management, and Agile Release Trains
Promote Built-in Quality, automated testing, Definition of Done, and Agile engineering practices
Coach stakeholders and non-Agile teams on effective collaboration with Agile delivery teams
Represent Agile teams during ART events and coordinate cross-team dependencies
Support enterprise-wide SAFe adoption by participating in Communities of Practice (CoPs)
Develop T-shaped team capabilities and encourage knowledge sharing
Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders to improve alignment and delivery predictability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Team Coach within a large enterprise environment
Strong experience coaching multiple Agile teams using SAFe Framework
Expert knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile principles, Agile metrics, and continuous improvement
Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning and Agile Release Train ceremonies
Strong experience with: Jira Software, Jira Align, Confluence, FigJam, AgilityInsights
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to lead Agile transformation initiatives and mentor Agile teams
SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) Certification
Preferred
SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM 6.0)
SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC 6.0)
SAFe Agilist (SA 6.0)
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE 6.0)
