Responsibilities
Oversee the overall business strategy, operations, and growth of the organization while ensuring alignment with the company’s AI-first consulting vision
Set strategic goals, drive expansion in key service lines, cultivate client relationships, and maintain partnerships with technology vendors and certification bodies
Guide senior leadership teams, review financial performance, approve major investments, and ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance
Lead initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in the public and commercial sectors, support talent development, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in leadership or ownership roles within technology consulting, IT services, or related industries, with responsibility for strategic planning and business growth
Strong background in AI, cloud computing, data and analytics, or digital transformation, with the ability to guide service offerings and client solutions in these domains
Demonstrated skills in financial management, budgeting, and P&L oversight, including experience with scaling operations and managing multi-year growth initiatives
Expertise in client relationship management, enterprise sales, and partnership development with technology vendors and strategic allies
Experience in governance, risk management, and compliance, including familiarity with standards such as ISO, CMMI, or SOC frameworks
Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, build succession plans, and promote a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the capacity to represent the organization with public sector and commercial stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology Management
