Qualification
Required
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to apply quantitative reasoning to complex operational and business problems
Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to gather, evaluate, and synthesize data from multiple internal and external sources
Candidates should possess Statistics skills, including comfort with statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and basic predictive modeling
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly, create concise reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
Candidates should possess proficiency with data and analytics tools (e.g., spreadsheets, SQL, Python/R, or similar) and basic familiarity with IT and programming contexts
Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple part-time projects independently
Preferred
Relevant academic background in Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field is beneficial
Prior experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or similar roles within technology or digital services environments is advantageous
