Responsibilities
Patent prosecution process, including PCT filings and related procedural minutiae
Operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote environment — prior remote experience strongly preferred, as training is limited in this setting
Demonstrated reliability and efficiency; this firm relies heavily on paralegals to manage substantive day-to-day case work under attorney supervision
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience assisting attorneys with the patent prosecution process, including PCT filings and related procedural minutiae
Operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote environment
Demonstrated reliability and efficiency
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a science, engineering, or paralegal studies field
Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience in place of formal paralegal coursework
Preferred
Prior remote experience strongly preferred
