Responsibilities
Contribute to spatial concept development—from big ideas to the refined aesthetic details that define a project’s character
Develop mood boards, visual narratives, and inspiration frameworks that guide the creative direction of spaces
Shape the experiential arc of a space—how people enter, move through, pause, and feel in an environment. Journeys, mapping, narratives
Collaborate with designers, technologists and fabricators to translate conceptual vision into realized work
Contribute to pitch development with strong visual storytelling and spatial thinking
Articulate design ideas clearly and compellingly in both visual and verbal form
Seek and embrace feedback. Iterate with intention. Evolve the idea without losing the soul of it
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of design experience in architecture, experience design, spatial design, or a related creative field
Bachelor's degree in architecture, fine arts, interior design, or equivalent work experience—formal architectural training is appreciated but not required
A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual range, aesthetic sophistication, and comfort working across scales
Strong skills in visual communication: sketching, mood-making, spatial storytelling
Proficiency in tools such as Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or similar. 3D rendering, AI rendering
Genuine curiosity for art, culture, technology, and sensorial experience
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you are as comfortable in a concept conversation as you are presenting work to a client
