Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives for a security-focused team
Remove blockers and drive team velocity and delivery predictability
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with an understanding of security team priorities
Foster collaboration and communication between security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Scrum Master practices and methodologies
Fluency in security domains
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ability to remove blockers and drive team velocity and delivery predictability
Understanding of security team priorities for backlog refinement and sprint planning
Strong collaboration and communication skills with security engineers and cross-functional stakeholders
