Responsibilities
Understand E2E semiconductor supply chain processes including wafer, fab, die, package, test, inventory, and fulfillment flows
Gather and document business requirements for ASIC inventory tracking and supply chain analytics initiatives
Analyze inventory movement, cost attribution, yield metrics, and supply chain KPIs
Work with business teams to define process flows and identify gaps/opportunities
Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria for development teams
Collaborate with engineering teams on API/data integration requirements across ERP and supply-chain systems
Support near real-time dashboard and reporting initiatives
Drive stakeholder discussions and manage requirement clarifications through implementation
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
7–10 years as Business Systems Analyst
3–5 years semiconductor supply-chain domain experience
Strong understanding of ASIC lifecycle and semiconductor manufacturing flow
Strong understanding of inventory tracking and supply planning
Strong understanding of yield analysis and cost modeling
Strong understanding of wafer/die/package/test concepts
Experience creating BRDs/FRDs/User stories/acceptance criteria/test case preparation & execution
Experience working with Agile delivery teams

ERP systems (SAP preferred)
