Responsibilities
Collaborate with client QA teams, developers, and offshore teams to understand requirements, identify gaps, and ensure accurate testing
Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications, covering complex rules and workflows
Provide clear effort estimates for manual testing tasks and deliver thorough test coverage
Apply Agile methodologies to drive efficient testing processes, improve quality, and support continuous delivery
Lead initiatives to enhance testing strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and ensure compliance with industry best practices in Guidewire Policy systems and P&C insurance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of P&C insurance and Guidewire Policy Center experience, including 5+ years in Commercial Lines
Hands‑on expertise in Guidewire Claim Center, Policy Center, Billing Center, and Contact Manager, including configuration, product model forms, rules, and rating
Strong background in manual and automation testing for Guidewire Cloud projects (upgrades and implementations)
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira, ADO, or Rally
Experience in claims creation, FNOLs, reserves, checks, and payment transactions
Ability to lead, take initiative, and guide teams in onsite‑offshore delivery models
Guidewire Analyst Associate certification
Preferred
ISTQB or Agile certifications
