Responsibilities
Customer discovery, product delivery and development lifecycle: understand customer needs, experiment and collaborate to find answers to customer problems, define and prioritize incremental value, lead the execution of a product roadmap, focusing on improving customer experience; working closely with the development teams, data science, fellow product managers and wider organization
Design and own product suite strategy and define it through collaboration and analysis of the right market, customer and business insights
Data driven decision making and analysis: ability to drive conclusions from large volumes of data and recommend and execute relevant actions to help drive the further product development and increase customer satisfaction
Go to market and product marketing lifecycle: working closely with the internal business partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services) to gather and assess product needs in the marketplace, manage customer feedback providing input and expertise to the marketing and other customer materials
Due to the global nature of the role flexible working hours will be required (split between UK and US working hours)
Qualification
Required
A passionate problem solver focused on customer needs with a Product Management and/or Product Owner experience
Experience with managing analytics products within the fraud space is essential
Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning is a must
Ability to understand and analyze complex data in association with machine learning and AI algorithms
Committed to delivering high quality to the users, keeping the customers at heart of every product decision
Great organizational and prioritization skills and attention to details with the ability to make decisions under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at various levels of seniority
Preferred
Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, for example Scrum and Kanban, is nice to have
