Responsibilities

In addition to leading a team of mid-level gift officers, this role will carry a dynamic portfolio of donors and prospects, drive revenue, set strategy, and create culture for a high-performing mid-level program
Partnering closely with the Annual Giving Director and Foundation partners, this position will drive growth withing the mid-level donor pool through targeted fundraising strategies, portfolio optimization, and donor centric engagement
Demonstrate strong frontline fundraising instincts, comfort with data segmentation strategy, and a desire to build a leading program within a collaborative and mission-driven team
Manage and grow a portfolio and broader donor pool of mid-level donors with clear revenue and activity goals
Develop and execute individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans designed to increase retention, upgrade giving, and identify major gift potential
Collaborate with support team leaders to design and refine mid-level giving strategy, including segmentation, prospect identification and qualification, and donor journey map
Participate in development leadership conversations to ensure mid-level giving workflows and expectations are clearly communicated. This includes maintaining a strong understanding of the organization’s operation outcomes, campaign milestones, and mission fulfillment to translate into impactful donor conversations

Required

Bachelor's degree. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified
5+ years of fundraising experience with demonstrated achievement managing a portfolio of individual donors
Experience leading a team
Strong functional experience with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge or similar donor database

Preferred
