Responsibilities

Calibrates, validates, audits, cleans and guarantees units are good to bill on a daily basis for both Cerritos (EDS systems, IDS/EIDS systems and NSDS systems) and La Mirada (Singulator systems, IDS/EIDS systems and Tilt Tray systems) Facilities
Manages Department resources to ensure maximum outputs, accuracy and efficiency at all times
Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement/engagement, proactive communication, problem-solving, interdepartmental cooperation and continual improvement on all levels
Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with Department, station, Corporate and Local government requirements
Ensures all Department employees receives and relay specific information, detail-oriented, skills and safety training, appropriate materials and information, regular evaluations, payroll, entitlement scheduling, compiling and sending reports, proactive coaching to support continued growth
Supervises and trains Union Revenue Recovery employees
Conducts audits of procedures and methods to generate reports/results. Including assisting with building system annuals and mini certifications
Implements employee personal development plans required to ensure all continuing professional growth of department personnel. Includes completion of Safety training and new implementations in a timely manner

Required

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
Management experience
Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
Reliable transportation and flexibility to schedule (start times vary upon volume, peak season means earlier start times and extended work shifts, coverage if needed)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
The candidate must be experienced in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to lift over 70lbs and climb ladders and stairs
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
