Responsibilities
Partner with engineering and developer teams to turn analytical concepts into real, working business solutions
Build prototypes, design outputs, and set up tracking metrics
Ensure products serve a clear business purpose
Act as the bridge between technical development and financial workflows
Ensure the models built are trusted, highly usable, and deeply integrated into daily business processes
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in programming languages (SQL & Python)
Experience working within Agile and SDLC frameworks
Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
Experience containerizing applications and machine learning models using Docker
Experience deploying, managing, or supporting workloads on Kubernetes platforms
Familiarity with MLOps concepts and production model deployment
Demonstrated experience collaborating alongside developers or data engineers to deliver data-driven solutions
A product-focused mindset, with a strong interest in user experience, adoption, and practical business problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical business partners
Preferred
4-8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
