Responsibilities
Physically and virtually facilitating Program Increment planning events and tracking feature delivery metrics
Resolving critical program-level impediments that cross individual scrum team boundaries
Mentoring subordinate Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and technical leads while guiding adherence to SAFe principles
Driving relentless organizational improvement and optimizing the flow of value through continuous delivery pipelines
Maintaining systemic synchronization across disparate software development lifecycles to prevent integration bottlenecks
Working with management, internal teams, and stakeholder authorities to successfully navigate delivery milestones
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline
15+ years of experience in technical program management or Agile leadership
Significant experience navigating large-scale enterprise integration environments and scaling Lean-Agile practices
Demonstrated experience facilitating PI planning events and tracking scaled delivery metrics
Proven experience working across a large team to drive an Agile agenda with complex, intertwined systems
Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex scaled Agile framework documentation
An active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph
Preferred
Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Program Consultant (SPC) certification
Experience with automated portfolio management and Agile lifecycle tracking tools
Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams, organize meetings/boards, and drive change throughout an organization
