Provide direction and feedback to team members, ensuring successful task completion
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and programming
Strong expertise in ABAP, including object-oriented ABAP, modularization techniques, and debugging/troubleshooting
Proven experience designing, developing, and enhancing ABAP-based solutions, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services
Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including integration across SAP modules and familiarity with ABAP on HANA concepts
Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end services
Strong understanding of SAP Data Dictionary objects, database concepts, data modeling, and performance tuning/optimization
Experience working within Agile delivery models and exposure to DevOps practices in SAP environments
Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO (or CPI), SAP LT, Data Services, and SAP Security
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce client-ready documentation and support client-facing discussions
Ability to research client inquiries and stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and leading practices
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%
Preferred
Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment
