Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience leading end-to-end qualitative, quantitative, and usability research
UX Research / Customer Insights / Market Research / CX Research experience
Qualitative & quantitative research expertise
Usability testing and survey design
Experience with Qualtrics, UserTesting, or similar research tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
