Responsibilities
Design scalable AI architectures and select optimal AI/ML models
Develop production-ready AI applications, APIs, and data pipelines
Build and maintain MLOps workflows, CI/CD, and model monitoring
Optimize AI models through fine-tuning, quantization, and performance tuning
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems while ensuring security, compliance, and governance
Lead technical implementation, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong Python and SQL; familiarity with C++ or Go is a plus
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI/Flask
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow/Kubeflow, Airflow, Kafka, and Spark
Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and traditional databases
Deep understanding of transformers, neural networks, and model optimization techniques
Preferred
8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years designing and deploying enterprise AI/GenAI solutions
Experience in Agile environments with strong documentation and secure AI development practices
Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade AI solutions with measurable business impact
