Responsibilities
Servicing assigned Strategic Partners by assisting them with challenges, pricing, merchandising, point of sales, promotions and other interactions with Avocado
Building and maintaining a prospect funnel for growth of new partners
Meeting revenue and new account acquisition goals
Comprehensive use of Hubspot CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. This includes entering call notes, contact information, communications and planning upcoming events
Providing in person and virtual training as needed to retailers by educating them in using Avocademy, ordering portal, location of assets, price lists, and marketing tools
Analysis of sales data and providing merchandising recommendations on new and existing products and accessories based on this analysis
Processing Point of Purchase (POP) requests and guiding assigned accounts in what POP should be displayed
Communicate challenges and opportunities to the Customer Experience Team and Management
Manages price lists including adding new products, adjustments, and updates
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced Sales environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Positive, High energy, Self-Motivated
Technological skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and virtual meetings. Ability to use Excel is emphasized
Self-driven and disciplined
Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally
Regular and predictable attendance
Preferred
Knowledge of Mattresses, adjustable bases, and bedding is a PLUS
