Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of returned inventory, from intake to disposition
Monitor and improve vendor performance against service level agreements
Ensure compliance with US and Canadian regulatory requirements
Reconcile vendor sales reports and validate invoices for payment
Track and analyze program performance to identify trends and support improvements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain operations
Proven experience working with third-party vendors or logistics partners
Strong analytical skills with the ability to support data-driven decisions
Experience in the e-commerce or retail industry, with a particular focus on reverse logistics and liquidation operations
