Responsibilities
Provide specialized technical guidance to process engineering staff on complex or unique engineering challenges
Serve as a technical reviewer for process engineering deliverables and provide recommendations to improve quality, consistency, and accuracy
Support project teams in the development and evaluation of process designs, process safety concepts, and engineering solutions
Provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced engineers and support professional development within the process engineering group
Qualification
Required
You have obtained Bachelor of Science in Chemical engineering from an ABET accredited program
You have 20+ years of work experience in engineering design, chemical manufacturing, and/or food and beverage manufacturing
You are familiar with capital projects and how they are executed in a manufacturing environment
Able to lead less experienced engineers with guidance and training and to check their deliverables
Experience performing pressure relief device sizing and pressure relieving system evaluations
Experience selecting and specifying process instrumentation
