Responsibilities

Supervise a dynamic team of Instructional Designers, guiding their efforts to create impactful educational content while serving as a mentor who offers constructive feedback and fosters growth and development
Build bridges across teams and functions, partnering with diverse groups to develop digital programs from inception to execution, leveraging expertise across disciplines
Encourage a culture of creativity and experimentation, fostering an environment where new ideas flourish, are refined, and drive meaningful outcomes
Oversee an extensive network of external vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and maintaining consistent quality standards
Make informed decisions to allocate resources effectively and manage operational initiatives for tactical and strategic delivery
Create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued, and trust and appreciation thrive, driving talent management initiatives that support current and future team success
Maintain awareness of industry trends and market dynamics, leveraging external networks and perspectives to inform strategic decisions and enhance products and services

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English Language Arts, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field required
4+ years of experience working in digital content development, including the creation of teaching and learning materials within the education sector
Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design research, theory, and application, with a proven track record of creating and implementing interactive educational materials, multimedia, and learning games
Some prior experience managing and leading teams, with the ability to guide and support others toward shared goals
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines and budgets, ensuring quality and on-time delivery
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with some experience using authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and content management systems (CMS)
Some ability to create and visualize animated and interactive content, bringing engaging learning experiences to life
